Day 1 ARRIVAL IN TBILISI

Day 2TRANSFER FOR TOUCHETIE

Depart Tbilisi for Omalo, the main town in Tuchetia.

Day 3OMALO - DARTLO TREK START

On the third day, the hike begins as you leave Omalo for Dartlo, a charming medieval village. The path is relatively easy, but the initial climb can be steep. You’ll pass through lush green fields, crystal-clear streams and pine forests. Arriving in Dartlo, you can admire the characteristic stone houses and defensive watchtowers.

Day 4HIKING FROM DARTLO TO PARSMA

On the fourth day, you leave Dartlo for Parsma. During your trek, you’ll cross verdant valleys, majestic mountains and sparkling streams. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the Caucasus mountains. Arriving in Parsma, you’ll be greeted by its stone houses and medieval church.

Day 5PARSMA TO GIREVI TREK

On the fifth day, you’ll depart from Parsma to reach Girevi. The path is relatively easy, but you’ll traverse valleys and hills. You’ll also be able to admire spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Upon arriving at Girvi, you can relax and enjoy its peaceful atmosphere.

Day 6FROM GIRVI TO DADIKURTA

On the sixth day, you’ll leave Girvi to reach Dadikurta. The path is quite challenging as you’ll traverse steep mountains and high-altitude passes. However, the panoramic view of the Caucasus Mountains is worth it. Upon arriving at Dadikurta, you can rest and explore this charming mountain village.

Day 7TREKKING FROM DADIKURTA TO DOCHU

On the seventh day, you’ll depart from Dadikurta to reach Dochu. You’ll traverse verdant hills, pine forests, and tranquil valleys. You’ll also be able to admire views of the surrounding mountains. Upon arriving at Dochu, you can rest and relax before the final day of trekking.

Day 8HIKE FROM DOCHU TO OMALO

Breakfast in guest house.
On the last day, you’ll leave Dochu to return to Omalo, following an easy path. You’ll be able to admire views of the surrounding mountains and mountain villages. Once in Omalo, you can rest and reflect on this incredible trekking adventure in Tusheti.
