You will visit the Narikala Fortress, established in the 4th century, significantly expanded by the Umayyads, King David the Builder, and later destroyed by the Mongols. It overlooks Tbilisi and the Mtkvari River, offering a panoramic view of Tbilisi. Lunch in the historic center of Tbilisi. You will wander through the mazes of the old town, a true gem of architecture and layout with its ornate wooden balconies, winding cobblestone streets… old Tbilisi is both an oriental city and a medieval European city. Transfer to Ananuri Famous fortified complex with churches and defensive tower overlooking Lake Jinvali, a magnificent vantage point! You will take the famous Georgian Military Road to reach the town of Stepantsminda.

Departure for the Gergeti Church. This church, with Mount Kazbek (5200 meters) in the background, is one of Georgia’s most famous viewpoints. You will take magnificent photos and appreciate this memorable viewpoint.

Transfer and visit to the Alaverdi Monastery, a Georgian Orthodox monastery. Visit to the Ikalto Academy, founded in the 6th century.

You will visit the house of Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, founder of Georgian romanticism. He transformed the estate in the village of Tsinandali, which he inherited from his father, into the cultural and intellectual center of the country, a status it retains to this day. Afterwards, you will go to the fortified church of Gremi, an iconic symbol of Georgia perched on a citadel at the foot of the Dagestan mountains. After this enriching visit, you will head to a typical Georgian vineyard to understand the winemaking process in Quevri.

Transfer to Sighnaghi, visit the Bodbe Monastery, with a view of the Alazani Valley. Then visit Sighnaghi, perched on a 750-meter hill, adorned with its immense wall, churches, and streets decorated with balconies.
